FAQ
A few details for December 11–12, 2026 in Iloilo
Flying into Iloilo?
If you're flying in, we'd love to welcome you at the airport! If you can aim to arrive around 2–4 PM, just let us know you'll need a ride when you RSVP (select “Yes, Need Airport Pickup”), and we'll arrange to pick you up from Iloilo International Airport (ILO) and bring you into the city. We'll update this section with the exact shuttle schedule as we finalize it.
Arranging your own transit instead? Grab, metered taxis, and Southwest vans are all readily available right at the airport arrival area.
What's the schedule for the wedding day?
2:00 PM — Ceremony at Santa Barbara Church
5:30 PM — Cocktail Hour at Sotogrande Hotel Iloilo, followed by Reception Dinner at 6:30 PM
9:00 PM — Afterparty until midnight
We recommend planning your travel with some buffer time before 2:00 PM.
How do we get from the church to the reception?
We're still finalizing whether shared transport will be provided between Santa Barbara Church and Sotogrande Hotel Iloilo — we'll update this answer once it's confirmed. In the meantime, Grab and taxis are a reliable way to get around Iloilo if you'd like to arrange your own ride.
When is the RSVP deadline?
Please kindly respond on or before November 12, 2026 so we can finalize seating and dining with our venue.
What's the dress code?
Formal attire in colors from our palette below. Welcome dinner is casual — see the full attire guide just after this list.
Can we bring our children or babies?
We love your little ones dearly! However, to allow all of our guests (including parents!) a night of relaxation and celebration, our wedding ceremony and reception on December 12 is an adults-only event. Kids are more than welcome at the Welcome Dinner on December 11. We appreciate your understanding and can't wait to celebrate with you!
Can I take photos during the ceremony?
We kindly request an unplugged ceremony — please keep devices turned off or silent during the church mass so everyone can be fully present with us. Our photography team will capture everything, and you're free to take as many photos as you like at the reception!
What is the weather like in December in Iloilo?
December in Iloilo is pleasantly warm during the day (24°C–30°C / 75°F–86°F) with cooler tropical breezes in the evening. Santa Barbara Church is open-air but covered, and our reception venue at Sotogrande Hotel Iloilo is comfortably air-conditioned — so the celebration goes on rain or shine.
Is there parking?
Yes, parking is available on the premises at both Santa Barbara Church and Sotogrande Hotel Iloilo.
Do you have a gift registry?
Your presence is truly present enough. If you'd still like to give something, cash gifts are gratefully welcomed. For guests in the Philippines, a GCash QR code will be shared here closer to the date. For overseas guests, Zelle and Venmo details are coming soon — both will be posted on this page once ready.
Any dietary restrictions?
Please let us know in the “Dietary Restrictions or Food Allergies” field on the RSVP form below — we'll make sure you're taken care of.
